Chris and his team at Roofline Xperts of NC are incredibly professional and great at communicating. We’ve worked with Chris and his team twice now. Once to do some minor repairs when we bought the house and second when we put a claim in for storm damage. Chris worked with us for approximately a month and a half as we navigated insurance for weather damage and used our previous invoices for repairs to help leverage the insurance company to cover our roof. He even offered to meet with the adjuster and handle most of the communication and assist with inspecting the roof so that everything was documented properly for insurance purposes. He was able to help us get our roof mostly covered through insurance, so we only paid our deductible. His team was able to knock our roof out in one day and they cleaned up all the debris and extra materials. We have a dog so the nails in the yard was a concern of ours but we haven’t found a single nail in the 2 weeks since the roof has been replaced. I couldn’t recommend Chris and his team enough. If you’re in the triangle area, I highly recommend giving him a call for any roof or gutter issues or questions you may have.

This is a great company!! Chris addressed everything I needed. I had one specific issue and while working on the roof Chris agreed to take care of a couple others items that ended up taking a few days in order to follow up after a rain. Pricing was very fair and Chris wasn’t satisfied until we knew the issues had been resolved. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them.

I hired Chris, the owner of Roofline Xperts of NC to replace the 2 skylights on my sunroom. I was throughly impressed with his professional expertise and meticulously detailed finishing touch-ups. Chris was very serious about his job responsibilities and trustworthy person. Chris' estimate was the lowest the work was done extra ordinary nice and clean.
